INSTRUCTIONS FOR TURNING IN YOUR FUNDRAISING MONEY

 

 

A) When collecting checks:

  1) Have checks made out to "AMIGOS " or "AMIGOS de las Americas"

  2) Write product sold at bottom of check (e.g. 3 GF, 2 Poin, 2 Cof, 3 Sees)

  3) Write your initials at top of check.

 

B) Prior to meeting for turning in checks:

  1) List checks by check number on Deposit Slip (NO CASH accepted)

  2) Enter amount for each fundraising category, with totals at bottom

  3) Put checks and deposit slip in Fundraising Envelope

 

C) At each parent and/or volunteer meeting:

  1) Volunteer delivers Envelope to the Treasurer at start of meeting

  2) Pick up Fundraising Envelope with new Deposit Slips at end of meeting
